Warm Up

Billing Questions
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel within 15 minutes of the class. Beyond 15 minutes there is no refund on your purchase. 1 time drop-ins do not require cancellation.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes! Unlimited members can freeze their membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year at no extra cost. Just email us.
Do class packs expire?
No, the class packs do not expire
Are memberships shareable?
Memberships are non transferrable to other persons.
