I’m a conditioning coach at Pressure where I specialize in high-energy classes that combine strength, cardio, and endurance training. I began my coaching journey in 2025, and from day one I’ve brought a deep passion and commitment to helping others grow through fitness.
My coaching style is rooted in meeting you where you are, then pushing you beyond what you thought was possible. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, my goal is to help you build both physical and mental endurance in a supportive, motivating environment.
With a background in gymnastics and soccer, I’ve always been drawn to movement and performance. Over the past year and a half, I’ve immersed myself in martial arts, training in boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and MMA. While I’ve come to appreciate every discipline, striking has always felt like home.
Outside of coaching, I train for HYROX competitions and am currently transitioning into triathlon training, continuing to challenge myself in new ways.
I’m especially passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves through fitness. In a space that’s often male-dominated, I strive to create a safe, empowering environment where women can learn martial arts, build confidence, and discover their strength inside and out.
